What shipping method do you use?

Orders will be shipped within 7-10 business days by US Postal Service or Federal Express with Ground UPS Calculated shipping rates.  Delays in shipping will only occur when an item is out of stock from the warehouse.  If this is the case, you will be notiified by e-mail.

Shipping and Handling Fees

Shipping  rates will be determined by Ground UPS standard shipping calculations.  Orders will be shipped by Federal Express or US Postal Service.  

Is There A Minimum Order Requirement?

There is a minimum order amount of $20.00 due to increased cost of shipping and handling.  Be encouraged to continue shopping until $20.00 has been reached.  Thank you for your consideration.

Returns or Credits 
We warranty all of our products against any manufacturing defects, but we ask that you notify us before returning defective merchandise.  

Exchanges 
We realize that even after receiving all the information possible, you may want to exchange your purchase for a different size or color.  We will accept all new products, in good, resalable condition for exchange within 30 days of purchase.  Additional shipping and handling charges will be charged with each shipment. 

Back order
On the rare instance that an item is on back order after you have placed an order with us, we will notify you within 48 hours of the order and find the best resolution for the order.

Sales Tax
Nevada residents will be charged 7.75% sales tax.  No sales tax will be charged in all the other states.
